These steps serve to prepare parishes in the process of engaging with Latinos/Hispanics, while also exploring missional intentions. If you use this Step-by-Step L.A.T.I.N.O. sequentially, be sure to know your parish congregation well with the Parish Readiness Assessment to avoid missteps in a parish community that is not ready to undertake the mission.
