Our Presenters

Lauren Kinard, Senior Relationship Manager, Benefit Relationship Management Team

A former member of CPG’s advisory Client Council, Lauren joined CPG in 2021 as an Account Manager. She provides individualized support and service to the leadership and employees of dioceses and select parishes in the Southeast on benefits education and management. Prior to joining CPG, she served as the Diocesan Administrator and Executive Assistant to the Bishop in the Diocese of South Carolina for 9 years from 2013 to 2021.  Lauren lives in Charleston, SC, with her husband, their two high school children and their dog. She loves college football, being out on the water, and cooking.

John Lennox

John Lennox and his family (3 generations) have been parishioners at St Timothy’s in Greenville since the early 1980’s.  Over the years he has served as chair of two Building Committees, a Search Committee and as Parish Treasurer for around 12 years.  He has also been involved as a Diocesan Contract Auditor since the program started.  With a background in science and business (PhD chemistry, MBA), his work as a manager and executive has leaned strongly toward his affinity for working with computers and numbers.  My role in the audit is to help financial staff get better acquainted with the special situations related to church finances, accounting and payroll so that they can avoid having to take corrective action 8 months after the close of the year.

William Lodico- VP Client Services

Bill has served as a Church Pension Group team member since 1991 and currently is a vice-president in charge of Client Services. Bill started in the mailroom at CPG. He attended and graduated from the College of Insurance while working for CPG. Bill’s latest promotion was 24 years ago when he became VP of Client Services.  He now serves the five Diocese of Florida, two Diocese of Georgia, as well as Louisiana and Alabama.  Bill has been married for 30 years and has three beautiful children : two daughters, Alexis and Lauren, 24 and 22 years old, respectively; and William , 19 years old. Bill resides in Windermere, FL with his family.

Eric Mann – VP Client Services

Eric Mann, Vice President of Client Services at Church Insurance, brings over 20 years of insurance and financial services experience. He holds a degree from the Virginia Military Institute and supports Dioceses across North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., providing tailored service and strategic support to the Episcopal Church community. Eric resides in Fort Mill, SC with his wife and daughter.
