Delegate Information
Registration
Delegates to convention can register at the following link: https://bit.ly/143conventionregistration. Registration is $195 until October 15th. After that date, the registration cost will be $250. Delegates will choose either Lay or Clergy for the “Registration Option” field. From there, you will be given a drop down menu that has different options. For the laity, you will either choose “lay delegate” or “alternate lay delegate.” Similarly, for the clergy, you will choose either “Canonically Resident Clergy, Parochial” or “Canonically Resident Clergy, Non-Parochial.”

Voting Instructions
All voting will be done electronically through VPoll. This is the software we used at the 2025 Convention for diocesan elections. All delegates must bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone to use for our voting app. If you need accommodations and/or assistance with this, please reach out to [email protected].
A training will be available ahead of convention to walk through the voting process and how to submit votes.
