Any delegate may submit a resolution on or before October 31, 2025 by submitting it in writing (Microsoft Word form) via email to Chris Williamson, Special Assistant to the Office of the Bishop. Resolutions received by October 31 will be published online before our Annual Convention on November 14-15.

Any delegate may submit a resolution on or before October 31st after that date, submitted resolutions must be signed by ten delegates from three different congregations and submitted to the Secretary of Convention no later than 9:00am on Friday, November 14th.

Those resolutions submitted on or before October 31st will be considered before those that are submitted later. Convention’s consideration of resolutions will be limited to Session One.
