All members of the diocese are invited to attend one of our Pre-Convention meetings, and will be welcomed at whichever of the meetings they are able to attend.

• Tuesday, October 2nd at 7pm St. Joseph’s Church, Fayetteville

• Wednesday, October 8th at 7pm St. Andrew’s on the Sound Church, Wilmington

• Thursday, October 9th at 7pm St. Paul’s Church, Beaufort

• Saturday, October 18th at 1pm St. Paul’s Church, Edenton

• Tuesday, October 21st Zoom meetings at 1:30pm and 7pm

The agenda for these meetings will include an orientation to this year’s Convention, an introduction to the proposed 2026 Diocesan budget, a consideration of any resolutions that have been received, an invitation for nominees for election at Convention, a review of the remaining bishop election process, with promotion of the “Meet & Greet” sessions, and any local items of business or ministry needing attention. Additional Zoom meetings will be offered in early November. Please share this information with members of your congregation.
