We all encounter decisive moments in life, pivot points when we are called on to push past our fears and act with strength. Guided by Bishop Budde’s wisdom, we can learn how to respond with Christian faith and in ways that align with our best selves. The Rev. Margaret Pollock will lead us through memories of our past pivot points, ranging from visible and dramatic to internal and personal. Discussing examples from scripture, history and popular culture, we will grasp the universality of these moments, and the particular call each one of us must heed when they arrive.
