ECW: Please Help Support the Staff of Trinity Center with Office Supplies
Remember our outreach shower of office supplies for the ECW Annual Gathering 2021?
Even though the Gathering was canceled, many of you carried on and sent supplies anyway. Apparently, we did such a good job that the office staff reports with great enthusiasm,We received SO MANY of the items on the list that we will be using these items for years to come. Post-it notes are through the roof!!! More highlighters than we will need for years – hope they don’t dry out beforehand.
So, now we, the Episcopal Church Women, have a new wish list from the Trinity office staff:
- Reams of White Paper, 8 1/2 x 11 (We go through tons of white paper.)
- 3-Tab Manila File Folders (please not 2, 4, or 5-tab)
- Steno Note Pads
- Standard Legal Pads
- Plain White Business Envelopes
- Padded Mailing Envelopes, various sizes (used to return Lost and Found items)
- Mailing Labels
- “Hello, my name is” Sticky Nametags
- EXPO Brand Dry Erase Markers, various colors (off-brands don’t actually erase)
- 3×5 Post-It Notes (not 3×3; we have PLENTY from last year; thank you!)
- For Point of Arrival: Travel Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, and Travel-Sized Shampoo and Conditioners for Guests Who Forget
Here is how you can help:
Please bring any of these items that you can to the Diocesan Episcopal Church Women Trinity Meeting on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Collection tote bags will be available at the meeting for your offerings. School supplies are out in the stores now for return to school in August, so you should have an easy and enjoyable shopping experience.
