Fall Conference for Middle Schoolers 2022
Wednesday, September 28, 2022, 9:21 AM
FALL CONFERENCE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS is a weekend event designed to respond to the unique challenges and concerns of young people in grades 6-8. It was created by adults and young people to help participants grow in their love of themselves, others, and for Jesus Christ.
During the weekend, participants meet peers from across the diocese, enjoy skits, listen to talks, and participate in small group activities and discussions. We will focus on Romans 8:28 and how we are all made perfectly to fit in God's puzzle.
High School Young People are invited to serve on team for this event. Free time is built in for young people and adult youth leaders to have an opportunity to fellowship with their newfound friends.
The event coordinator is Hannah Hutchens (Director of Youth Ministries, St. Paul's, Greenville) and the event chaplain is The Rev'd Paul Canady (Rector, Christ Church, New Bern).
Important: Team Members are required to attend both Team Meetings via Zoom: Thursday, October 27th and Thursday, November 10th. Both are from 7:30 to 9 PM. announced closer to the event. Questions regarding the team meeting should be directed to Hannah Hutchens.
