Deacon Ashley Simpson Begins as Associate Rector at St. Paul’s, Beaufort
Deacon Ashley Simpson began serving as Associate Rector at St. Paul’s, Beaufort in June 2022. Of this transition, Rev. Tammy Lee, Rector at St. Paul’s states,Saint Paul’s is looking so forward to having Ashley among us. Ashley’s focus will be primarily on youth and their families, but she will also share in the work of our common life. Her unique background in marine biology is a perfect fit for a coastal community very invested in the God of earth and sky and sea. We cannot wait to see how her seminary training and her undergraduate education merge to show forth God in the world.
