At our clergy conference, we talked a bit about the timing of Chrism Mass and Renewal of Vows. I would like your help and feedback as the staff and I figure out the best time for this to happen. Below you will find a form where you can rank each statement by your order of preference. We will review what you tell us and make a decision based on what works best for you.

Tuesday of Holy Week: Chrism Mass, Renewal of Vows, lunch in a central place in the diocese
Holy Week: The bishop will offer 2-3 days, around the diocese. Clergy can come to the day/site that works best for their schedule. Chrism Mass, Renewal of Vows, lunch
Clergy Conference: Chrism Mass, Renewal of Vows as part of our time when we're all together
I can make any of these times happen. I defer to the needs of the clergy for whom travel will be more challenging
