Pre-Convention Meeting Series Begins October 2
All members of the diocese are welcome and encouraged to attend one of our in-person and online meetings that we are providing to help you learn more about what to expect for our Annual Convention and Bishop Election. Anyone can attend whichever meeting works for you!
The agenda for these meetings will include an orientation to this year’s Convention, an introduction to the proposed 2026 Diocesan budget, a consideration of any resolutions that have been received, an invitation for nominees for election at Convention, a review of the remaining bishop election process, and any local items of business or ministry needing attention. Additional Zoom meetings will be offered in early November.
The dates of the meetings are:
Thursday, October 2nd at 7pm
St. Joseph’s Church, Fayetteville
Wednesday, October 8th at 7pm
St. Andrew’s on the Sound Church, Wilmington
Thursday, October 9th at 7pm
St. Paul’s Church, Beaufort
Saturday, October 18th at 1pm
St. Paul’s Church, Edenton
Tuesday, October 21st
Zoom meetings at 1:30pm and 7pm
