Young Adult & Campus Ministries (YACM)
Episcopal Campus Ministry is a way for college students to transition from their spiritual lives at home to their spiritual lives when they are first on their own in college. These ministries allow for college students to participate in church activities and outreach programs.

Tonight is our last normal meeting for the semester! Join us from 6-8 in the Jesse Peel Center at ECU’s Student Center. We will be celebrating Vicar Rahim as he moves on to his new call as well as graduating students Ella, Logan, and Colton! In addition, we will be voting on a new president and vice president for the Well’s 2025-2026 school year. After that we will get to work assembling exam survival kits which we plan to distribute on Reading Day, next Wednesday.

Craft night was lovely. Thanks to everyone who came out, and a special thanks to Mary Ava Johnson and family from St. Timothy’s for making dinner for us!

A prayer for exam time:
God who is Wisdom, in this time of exams and final projects, we ask for calm minds, steady hands, and open hearts. Help us to study with focus, to rest without fear, and to remember that our value is in You, not in our performance. As the young Jesus once learned among the teachers in the temple, may we also grow in knowledge and in grace. Amen.

If you haven’t RSVP’d for our Finger Labyrinth craft night that’s this Monday evening yet, that’s ok! Just let us know if you’re planning to come so we can make sure we have enough supplies and supper for everyone. Join us and bring a friend!
If you’re seeing this and totally mystified… a labyrinth is different from a maze in that there is only one path from the outside into the center and back out. Finger labyrinths are both art pieces that hang on your wall and practical meditation tools! You can trace the path with your finger while praying or meditating to help you focus.

Resources for College Students
Student Health and Wellness Guide (A Free Resource from Online Colleges): Students can be quick to let their health fall to the wayside when they start college, but staying aware of good and bad health habits will serve you well in the long-term. Physical health and nutrition are directly connected to mental health, effective study habits, and regular sleep patterns.
Student’s Guide to Nutrition: Between full-service dining hall meals, the campus sundae bar, late-night food delivery, and cheap ramen, it’s easy to see how college students lose control of their diets. This guide can help with the transition from home to dorm and keep your student in healthy eating habits.
