Registration Information

Camp Trinity is now preparing for our 2022 summer camping program and cannot wait to have campers back onto property! We are proud to offer our accreditation by the American Camping Association as a symbol of our excellence in programming and staff. In 2016 Camp Trinity underwent its ACA Standards Visit (scheduled once every five years), and we scored outstanding marks in all areas. We invite you and other members of your family to consider being a part of the camping program this summer.

Please review our brochure for 2022 summer sessions. Please complete the registration form at your earliest convenience and return it to Trinity Center. The brochure is sent to all who were 2021 campers, to those who were on the waiting list for 2021, and to those requesting camp applications. Additional applications are available from Trinity Center and on our website.

Please note: Members of parishes in the Diocese of East Carolina and 2021 campers will be given a preferential registration privilege by date received through JANUARY 1ST. After this date, we will register all remaining applicants on a first-come, first-served basis as determined by the date the application and deposit are received.

Send your application and deposit in as soon as possible.

Note: If you fax or email your application, the application is not considered fully received until your deposit is received in the mail or you make a credit card payment over the phone. Even if you are not yet sure of your summer plans, it is a good idea to register early in order to ensure your acceptance into the session of your choice. Again, places are assigned according to the date applications and deposits are received.

Delays in registration often result in campers not receiving the session of choice. On your application, please number your choices of camp sessions in order of preference. In the event the session of your first choice is full, we will make every attempt to place you in the next session of your choice. If your schedule is flexible at this time, we suggest that you check the box for the first available, grade-appropriate session. If you request only one session and that session is full, the camper will be placed on the waiting list for that camp session.

Information concerning financial assistance is located on the back page of the application form. Assistance forms are available from local parishes and Trinity Center. They are to be endorsed by a priest or minister and sent to Trinity Center no later than April 30.

Please note that a $60 deposit is required of all prospective 2022 campers. The deposit consists of a $20 non-refundable processing fee and a $40 registration fee. The registration fee of $40 is refundable if a camper remains on the waitlist for 2022. Once a camper is placed in a camp session, the registration fee is non-refundable. When your application, registration, and deposit monies are received, we will send you additional information concerning Camp Trinity and the required health form. Due to the volume of registrations and the intensity of scheduling over a very brief period of time, we ask for your patience. We will process all applications as quickly as possible. If for some reason your session is canceled, full refunds will be available upon request.

We look forward to serving you and your children this summer. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mary Beth Bradberry, Director, or Nancy Reynolds, Camp Registrar, at (888) 874-6287 or (252) 247-5600. Our fax number is (252) 247-3290. Applications can be emailed to [email protected] Applications are not considered received until the deposit is paid.
