As you will recall, at our last  meeting, the council asked Margaret Neill to write a prayer that we might use in our search process for a new Communications officer and Canon Missioner.  Margaret has sent me the prayer, and I forward it on to you now and ask that you add it to your daily prayers.  You may share it as you wish. We will also post it on our website.

to bring to our diocese those persons and resources who will respond to our
need for presence and leadership in communications and congregational
support.  We ask for your blessing upon our search that we may be enabled to
engage your mission and our ministries with confidence and strength through
Jesus Christ our Savior who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.  Amen
